The Village
Val Cenis is in the High Maurienne area of the French Savoie and is made up of three traditional mountain villages, Lanslevillard, Lanslebourg, and Termignon.
A place that focuses on skiing in the winter and farming in the summer – that is half ski resort and half National Park – Val Cenis is uncommercialised, unspoilt, and authentic; it is run by locals who care deeply about the area and making your stay as pleasant as possible.
MGS Ski is based in the upper village, Lanslevillard. The majority of our accommodation is based around the piste front, which means that – as you can see from the map below – amenities such as bakeries, shops, restaurants, the swimming pool, ice-rink, cinema, and bowling alley are all easily accessible from our accommodation options. For an idea of scale, it’s a 10 min walk from the piste front to Howard’s Burger Bar over on the left of the map).
