MGS SKI will accept no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage, bodily injury, or illness arising with a holiday booked with MGS SKI.
All baggage and personal belongings remain at all times and in all circumstances the responsibility of the owner.

Snow Guarantee
If all the lifts were closed due to a lack of snow (never happened in our time!)
clients would be contacted a week before departure, and apart from the initial
20% deposit, would be offered a full refund of payments for accommodation, lift passes and equipment.
The guarantee does not cover travel costs which involve other companies and should be covered by insurance.

Under the new FSA regulations we are no longer able to arrange travel insurance for our clients. However, as MGS SKI is an Introducer Appointed Representative of Fogg Travel Insurance Services Limited who with Insurers Union Reiseversicherung AG (URV) are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA), we are able to recommend to you Fogg Travel Insurance Services Limited, who we have used for a number of years, and who are winter travel insurance experts over 25 years.
